Sierra Club - Lancaster Group Polar Bear 5K Trail Run/Hike

Come join the fun!! The Sierra Club – Lancaster Group invites you to run or hike in this 5K (3.1miles) trail race to show your support for the environment.
Bring a dog, bring two dogs!!! We love our pups! Choose to participate in a FUN and awesome RUN or Hike.
This fun trail run/hike will go through scenic Lancaster County Central Park. All trails are well maintained with some hills. Since the race is in January, be prepared to run in mud, snow, and possible ice. Trekking poles, micro spikes are allowed on the course.

COME OUT FOR THE RUNNING OF THE WORLD FAMOUS & CULT CLASSIC CONESTOGA TRAIL RUN - 10 TOUGH MILES
THE ORIGINAL and OLDEST Trail Run on the Conestoga and in the county for over 30 Years!!!
This amazing 10 mile trail race uses some of the most brutal, rocky, and challenging trails to be found in Eastern Pennsylvania. The course is very hilly and has numerous small stream crossings. Although this event should be considered somewhat dangerous and only for experienced trail runners, it is probably one of the most scenic races that you will encounter. Beautiful hilltop views of the Susquehanna River, clear feeder streams, huge rock formations, and an abundance of Mountain Laurel and Rhododendrons will greet the first 200 accepted entries.
Strasburg Half Marathon & 5K

A half marathon and 5K located in the heart of Amish Country where the whistle of steam engines echo in the distance as you run the rolling country backroads through some of the best farmland in the area. Most of which are preserved by the work done at the Lancaster Farmland Trust.
Run by the Harrison Ford film favorite "Witness" Farm in Lancaster County. The race is an open road race with traffic control at intersections. Count the horses, count the cows, how many farmstands will you pass? The Strasburg Half Marathon is regarded as a wonderful destination run with rolling hills and climbs with beautiful scenery and views as you pass working farms all along the route.

Register for any of our events by clicking their respective registration or ticket links. You must be registered or signed up to participate in our events. Most have day of registrations or ticket sales, HOWEVER, some do not so it is important to read the individual race descriptions for rules.
