We currently ship to the United States, Canada. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. We ship USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail (depending on weight) for all domestic orders. Shipping times depend on the products and destination.
Please be sure you have your complete, accurate & full address along with contact information for your order in case we need to contact you.

We do not accept returns or cancellations.
We gladly accept exchanges if needed. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
DO NOT SEND ANY ITEMS BACK UNTIL YOU RECEIVE AN EMAIL AUTHORIZING AN EXCHANGE
All items that are authorized for a return or exchange MUST BE SHIPPED to the the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a product is no longer available you will receive a credit on your next purchase, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item back you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We are not responsible for lost items that are sent back via any parcel carrier. Tracking is highly recommended.
CONDITIONS OF EXCHANGE:
Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. Must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges.
